Salad dressing (2)

Total: 17.5

**Might throw one piece of halloween candy in there!!

8oz coffee w/ 2 tbsp vanilla creamer
medium apple

Lunch:
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup brown rice
3 oz. chicken

Dinner:
3 oz. turkey burger
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 cup peas
1/2 cup brown rice pasta

Snack:
allergen free ginger cookie
4oz. coffee w/ 2 tbsp vanilla creamer
pear

Thanks Azad!!! Not doing as well as you though!! I just saw your post on the WW board, good job!!Chat Icon No I didnt join WW online. I think it's because I cut down on my carb intake and I havent been cheating as much and last weekend was the first weekend in a LONG time where I was good! Anyway hopefully I can keep it up..Longgg way to go! Chat Icon

Friday! And work is stressing me big time --

Breakfast:
8oz. coffee w/ 2 tbsp vanilla creamer

Lunch:
4oz. grilled chicken
1/4 cup kidney beans

Dinner:
1 oz. lox and 1 tbsp. rice cream cheese (yuck) on 2 oat cake crackers
2 hard boiled egg whites and half of a yolk mixed with 1 tsp. of canola mayo
5 tater tots with 1 tbsp ketchup

Crockpot Pierogies in pepper-shallot sauce

WW Double Fudge Cake
(If you have not tried this, it's 3 points and SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good!!! Really hits the spot for chocolate. I warm it up extra so it tastes like a warm brownie covered in fudge YUM!!)
