Think of Shorty's description of mother hen (leader of the pack). I assume this is who most of us are talking about. The girl can do no wrong and is always praised (or if not, her posse has her back).

Hey I actualyl left!!  But I came back after an awesome GTG and meeting Ron...but I didn't leave due to wedding crap...my reasons were real - at least to me...
