I just got a Canon Powershot. It's the SD400 model and I LOVE it!  It is so nice and small, has lots of great features, is easy to use, and starts up and takes pictures soooo quickly. My DH is really into photography and usually uses a Canon Rebel digital SLR and he loves the camera too. I would highly recommend this camera.

I have this one too. I love it.
Canon's are great. I also have an older Canon Powershot G3. Its an excellent camera, but was too bulky for me.

I just found out( from abc 7 news) that several cameras have a fault chip inside that causes lost pictures. I own the cyber shot and went on the sony website and sure enough my camera is one with the chip. They list a number to call for the repair.

I hate my Sony Cybershot - the zoom is totally insufficient, and the lag is incredible. We have the Cannon too, when it first came out -- the computer has gone blitzo on us, but until then it took great pics. I hate the lag on that too, but I suppose that is the price you pay. And I know about holding down the button but sometimes theres no time for that - like when we saw the calving iceberg in Alaska!! I missed the shot, DH got it on his SRL.

Now we have had 2
We got the Canon Powershot A 80 ( i think that was the number) and it lasted MAYBE a year and things started going wrong with it 
DH just bought a new one because we only like Canons...this time we got the 4 year warrenty

i bought dh the canon powershot A70 a couple of years ago for christmas. never had any problems with it. and it takes decent pics...
but i'm ready to upgrade it to a 5.0 mp.

I have a canon power **** and I LOVE it..Ive lost it three times and continue to keep buying the same one because I love it so much!!! The last time I ruined my camera..I tried to use a full glass of wine as a tripod..not a good idea! Apparently I shouldnt have been having that glass of wine..I think Id already had enough!

I have an old Canon Powershot A20. I bought it like 5 or 6 years ago and it takes great shots. I had that problem w/it but since learned to deal with it. I think the quality outweighs that problem. Great camera overall. I would definitely get another one.

I have the Canon PowerShot S70 and I love it!
I had the S50, but it got lost in the move and I couldn't find another camera that I liked as much so I went for the S70.
