what's an LIF friends invitation?

If any of you are familiar with Facebook. Its kind of how they do it on there.
Its a cool way to see how you are connected with people by way of another person. (given its different on this site because most people are aware of each other) But its to show connections....and how...Pretty cool!!!

Yeah...the connection is just showing you that - connections. It doesn't mean that they are your friend, just showing you how you are connected to that person through friends.
It's confusing because the first thing you see is yourself in someone's friends connection profile.

Oh so then its like whomever invites you first is the person who is deemed your friend and then other people that are your friends are just connections...okay weird but I will have to accept it!

ok..everyone click on cookiegoblers profile. She is connected to me, I"m connected to Michi, michi connects to Lrusso....and son on. It's cool I think.
