I know exactly what you're talking about - you're not nuts!!!
I have one of those machines at work, and it does the same thing at least 1 time a month
They store power, so even though it is off, it can still function.
Weird, and I think your co-workers are trying to freak you out!!!

That Linda Blair photo is SCARY!!
When I was in HS I babysat for this family whose whole house was like that. Things would turn on and off, lights would flicker, and I almost always babysat until like 3 am since they'd go out to the bar.
It would FREAK ME OUT!

Good or bad, I believe that people who pass do try and get in touch with us in whatever way they can. Right now, believe it or not, I'm going through something similar. I have a new Jeep Liberty. I've taken it to the mechanic and there isn't a thing wrong with it. No wiring problems, no shorts, no wires crossing and yet my interior light comes on every so often and the knob is on OFF and doors are closed . At first it was spooking me, now I just say hello and switch the button on and off until the light goes off. Who knows, my grandmother, my grandfather, my uncle? Who knows who it is, but I'm not going to let it scare me. I acknowledge "its" there and move along.

your not crazy I do believe in ghost you are talking to the right person it proberly was charlie telling you not to forget him and just saying hello yes it can be scary but it also can be comforting that they are there.i lost my cousin to a car accident its going to be 12 years in jan and i still feel him around me and my grandparents too i still feel them around me too.
