If its not too late:

-Join the ymca
-lose 10lbs
-drink more water during the day instead of after dinner (so I don't have to get up extra during the night Chat Icon )
-stop eating after 8:30pm
-got to bed by 10:30pm (instead of midnight)
-stop napping during sidney's morning nap so i can get more stuff accomplished

I just want to be more productive in generalChat Icon

So how is everyone doing so far. I am eating much better than I had been but it is so hard not to just stress eat. It's a real trigger for me and I am having a very, very hard time with Miranda. I'm trying to stay focused though.
I am hoping to get to the YMCA today to sign up and check out the child care but we are having the morning from hell and I have to work this afternoon so I'm not sure it's going to work out but I'm going to try. I need to start exercising in the worst way.

Yesterday was a bad day for me. It was my first day back to work and the first time away from DS for more than 2 hours since he was born. I definitely ate too much junk food because of stress, but I'm really focused today. Good luck to everyone!!

I am not doing as well as I could be because I can't find any time to eat at all! I have to start making an effort to eat something before breakfast because as of now, I'm getting up around 7 and not getting a chance to eat a thing until after 12 or 1.

So far just contacted my group and tried to drink more water.

First step tomorrow will be eliminating my daily venti vanilla soy latte from starbucks. I think that'll help me a lot since I don't burn off hardly any of the calories I consume in a day.

I am still not aware of what I am eating, I am straining to remember everything from breakfast on! Chat Icon

I did spend 3 hours walking/shopping, boy this getting out and moving is gonna hurt my wallet! Chat Icon

Drank some water... maybe a pint. NOT GOOD!

well...here I go.....

ultimately I'd like to lose some weight, BUT

I want to drink more water daily
excercise more, even if it's a small walk outside (once it cools off a little more)
develop a more positive self image and boost my self esteem/self worth

OK, Here is my check in.
Yesterday(Thursday):breakfast -multi grain muffin, banana, coffee w/skim.

Lunch - BH oven gold turkey with tomato, lettuce, mustard and a little mayo on multigrain bread.

Dinner - Low fat bean burritos with mixed green salad. Salsa, and LF sour cream.

snack - a handful of crackers and a handful of dark chocolate chips Chat Icon I came home from work STARVING!

Drank 8 6oz glasses of H2O & stayed within my WW points.

I did work out on the rebounder (trampoline) for 30 minutes and then did 15 minutes of yoga.

Today (Friday) - Organic Multigrain Pancakes with blueberries and syrup. I made them and added Fiber Sure. OMG! They were sooooo yummy...only 8 points for everything and I had 3 HUGE pancakes! I will have a small salad for lunch and I am making Rachel ray's chicken burgers w/spinach and feta, sweet potato fries, salad and homemade taziki sauce! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I'm doing ok, but thought of a question. I am exclusively pumping. I don't know if it is ok to diet. Does anyone know? I thought I am supposed to still be eating a little more than normal.

Another thought, when I was pregnant, I ate whenever I was hungry and feel like my stomach now expects that much food. I kind of forgot how much is normal. Does anyone else feel this way?

Weight watchers has a plan for nursing mothers. I was on it (while I nursed Gracie) and you get 10 extra points a day. Check it out.

I've been good so far, but the weekends are usually my problem. I've been sticking to WW. Gotta love the extra 10 points for nursing! Chat Icon Chat Icon It makes it so much easier. Yesterday we went jogging at the park and this morning we went to my Stroller Strides class. I'm thinking about quitting the Stroller Strides for a while because it's at 9am and that's usually Brendan's nap time. He used to sleep in the stroller, but lately all he does is cry. Chat Icon

Contacted my group and so far I have been jogging 4 times this week already... My diet is just ok but trying to reduce carbs at night and just have meat/veggies for dinner...I am still BFing so I am starving!

We went for a nice long walk today with the dog & DD. Only snacked on 2 cookies. I must control my snacking! I'm just not buying cookies anymore. but a new ben & Jerry's just opened up in town Chat Icon

I haven't been around the last few days since I went back to work, but I've been doing really well. I'm on WW, and I lost 7 lbs in two weeksChat Icon Just a gazillion more to goChat Icon My biggest challenge is that I am my own worst enemy. I want results and I want them now, so after a few weeks, I tend to feel like I'm never going to lose the weight, and then I just stop trying. So, while I still have motivation now, a few weeks from now, I'm going to need my @ss kicked!

well i am not eating as much because I am busy at work but I did eat a slice of pizza which is bad. I did however go walking about 45 minutes today, If I keep myself busy I dont eat too much. I am starting Nutira system next pay check Chat Icon

Hi everyone!
I've been really busy the past 2 days and haven't been online much. Yesterday was good until work then I had candy and overdid it on Chinese. Today I was at a class all day so I ate what they provided but didn't overeat and did well at dinner. I was so starving though and I hate when I get like that because I feel like I inhale my food.
Still haven't made it to join the YMCA but they are open until noon tomorrow with childcare so I am going to try to get up and out of the house to sign of and test Miranda in the childcare.
Sounds like everyone is doing so well! Congrats on the weightloss and sticking with your plan.
