I definitley believe in spirits, especially those of loved ones that have passed on.

When DH was going to school at SUNY Morrisville he told me stories of how one time the shower curtain in the bathroom was at almost a 45 degree angle like wind was blowing it, but there were no windows in the bathroom. He and his room mate would wake up EVERY morning at the same time like they were shaken awake. The TV would turn itself on and off... he believes.

Yep, I believe in them and have seen them on a couple occasions.

One: woke up (broad daylight) opened my eyes and a spanish looking man with brown hair and a checkered shirt and blue jeans with a brown belt was leaning over me by my bed and smiling...I rolled the other way and ran out of the bed and no one was there!

TWO: A week later, I opened my eyes in the am again and he was standing so close all I could see was the waist of his blue jeans and his brown belt with the shirt tucked in. I screamed and buried my head in my pillow out of fear and my mom came running in...I told her I saw the guy again. Never saw him after that

THREE: Same house, same bedroom, woke up, an older lady and a young boy were standing at the foot of my bed looking at me. I blinked and they were gone....

FOUR: When I was really young, I had a stuffed dragon. I was walking past my little bro's bedroom and saw my dragon at the foot of the bed bouncing up and down as if my bro was hiding behind the footboard and putting on a puppet show. I said "What are you doing with my dragon!?" and walked over to take it away from him, thinking he was crouched at the foot of the bed, only there was no one in the room and the dragon was on the floor at the foot of the bed! My little bro wasnt even home!

I love all of these stories. I have had so many experiences and I feel that I have a very strong connection to spirirts. I know that sounds weird but I feel my grandparents around me all the time. I get this warm feeling and I can feel them right next to me. It actually just happened. And I have very vivd dreams of relatvies that passed away and they always have something to tell me.

One story was 3 days after my Grandma died my Aunt was sleeping (they lived together) and my Aunt heard my Grandmas walker on the wood floor. My uncle who was also staying over heard the same thing.

Yep. I lived in a really old house in college - where apparently they had kept "witches" during the witch trial days. (It was a university owned house, and the maintenance woman who was responsible for the houses was really into local history....) There was still a human sized wooden cage in the basement.

In our room, the closet light would turn on by itself in the middle of the night (we chalked it up to faulty wiring)...but then our bedroom door would open in the middle of the night - with the deadbolt still in the lock position.

My younger sister says her room is haunted which is my old room before I got married. She doesn't sleep in there anymore because strange things happen in that room. Nothing has happened to me in there but at times I do sense an overwhelming feeling when I walk in there, it happens very rare. For some reason strange things only happen to my dad and my sister when their in that room.

One night my sister said it got really cold in there and she swears she saw a little girl standing over her smiling. The thought of it made me laugh when she told me because I thought it was kind of silly. Ever since than my sister wouldn't sleep in her room. My parents thought it was just her imagination and my mom continues to think that till this day, my dad on the other hand agreed with my mom until he had his own experience. One night he slept in there because my sister continued to refuse sleeping in there, she slept in my parents bed with my mom that night. During the night the stereo went on all by itself, full blast! My dad (a grown man) jumped out of bed like a baby! He turned it off and went back to bed, it went back on. He never slept in there again!

I had the same stereo in my room and it never ever turned on by itself, it was kind of freaky. My parents did get the house blessed shortly after that and nothing out of the ordinary has happened again. My sister sleeps in her room by herself again.

Not sure about ghosts but I believe in the paranormal....

The morning of my wedding I found a claudaugh ornament that I had bought which was in two pieces the day before and that morning it was fixed....I asked my mother thinking she had fixed it and she didn't know anything about it

I was in an accident recently....I wanted to call my mom and tell her but she had worked the night before and I knew she was sleeping so I didn't want to bother her.....Well she woke up just after I was in the accident to someone pounding on the door so hard she thought the door was broken...there was no one there and the door was fine...She called me to see if I was the one knocking on the door...but infact I had just gotten into the accident.

When I was in college...I was home on break...came home wasted and turned the oven on to heat something...I turned it up to 500 and fell asleep...my brother woke up to what he thought was my mother's voice telling him to check something downstairs...where the kitchen was. That saved our house from a fire!

Yes, I believe in ghosts/spirits/paranormal..

One of my friend's home. They have had things that have happened there before but none of them mattered to them. I guess they are used to them like door open and closes....hear footsteps...radio/TV goes on or off if you are watching....volume goes really high or low....etc.....

We were at this home in the backyard and all of the grils were having frozen drinks. Four of us went in to prepare more....We were in the kitchen and there is a telephone there. The phone started ringing....my friend that lives there picked up the phone and no one answered so she hanged up. The phone rang a second time....no one answered again...so we continue preparing our drinks. Then the phone rang again and she said hello again and no one answered again so she took the phone cable out of the wall and the phone was unplugged because she was getting tired of whoever was calling and not talking. Then the phone rang again...we all looked at the phone at the table with the cord out of the wall....looked at each other and ran out......

My Nan said that the morning my Pop died he was calling out his sister's name in the bedroom where he was making the bed. She was in the kitchen putting on some coffee and went into the room because she thought it was weird that he was calling out his sister's name, who died about 15 years earlier and had lived out in Nevada for the last few years of her life, and she found my pop there dead. She thinks his sister came and escorted him away.

Also Nan lived with us after Pop died and she always said that he'd lay in bed with her at night when she was sleeping. She said she'd just lay there and feel a cold draft that felt like him come and lay bedise her and she knew it was him.

My dad said that he's also woken up many times and seen my Pop at the foot at his bed and has even talked to him when he was there --- Pop didn't respond but he says it makes him feel good to talk to his dad.

I actually do, and I'm the biggest skeptic there is. I've just had weird experiences and so has JT.
