OK, DH now has to go for his THIRD interview for this job...
that we both really want him to get!!!!! Hopefully this will be the last, and they hire him on the spot

Went REALLY Well...this one was with the VP of the company. They're just calling his referrals, and hopefully tomorrow he'll have an offer!!
I know they called at least 1 of his referrals already.
