Definitely stay off your feet and stay well hydrated. I had an FFN and it was negative. I hope the same goes for you.

YES she suggested wine :) So I think I'm going to have a glass tonight.
Ive been resting all day and feel OK. I've had 8 contractions this afternoon but my FFN test came back negative so I'm really relieved.
They told me to take it easy this weekend and still time the contractions. I have my regular monthly appointment on Wednesday.
I feel better, I'm just wiped out completely today. I havent slept well in over a week. Hopefully now that my mind is at ease I will sleep tonight.
