I need opinions ASAP STD!! UPDATE - On Bottom - What do you think? 2ND UPDATE all the way at bottom with LABOR DAY 06
I am doing a wedding for an OLD friend ( as in Elementary school lol) and she has me doing the whole wedding start to finish.
Now I was working on Magnet STD'S for her and this is how they look so far ( she gave me permission to post)
Now my question is since its Monday of labor day weekend should I try to include that somehow ( either on the magent or on the card we will attatch it to) or is it self explanitory? Image Attachment(s):

labor day is always the first monday so I would leave as is and figure that people will know.

I would get rid of the dates above the calendar & make the calendar bigger. If you can't do that - than go with what you have it looks fine.

Ok should I make the calender bigger
the picture bigger
Or leave everytihng as is just put a big " SAVE THE DATE" where the date is above the calender

I love it. To make it MORE obvious, I'd increase the font size where it says "mon" and maybe even write out the full word

I'd drop the September 4, 2006 and make it "Labor Day 2006". That deals with the date 3x in one place and also notes that it is actually Labor Day (which people know is a Monday).

I just emailed the bride and she wants to add the idea Leeners posted above, so under their names it will say
" Labor Day 2006 " People should get the message then right?

I think you could have left the "September 4, 2006" under their names. Maybe add the Monday even. Other than that - it looks much better!

Yes they are!! That picture does them NO justice!! I think he looks like Vin Diesel... and I don't know who she looks like but she is gorgeous!
