Do you smoke??? w/poll
I used to amoke but I quit over 2 years ago.....gained weight but feel better that I did it
Now the smell of cigarettes make me so sick

im 31 years old and never tried a cigarette in my whole life. i was never offered it by friends and never tempted. i congratulate you for quitting.

I smoked but I quit
I quit for a year w/o smoking
and then I started party smoking for a year or two (like a few cigs a month)
and now for the past few months- no more at all- it grosses me out.

I quit almost 3 years ago. To be honest though, I really miss it. I love the smell (except in the mornings) and would love to have one once in a while but I know that would be the slippery slope back to being a smoker. Quitting was one of the more difficult things I have done and don't want to ever do it again.

I quit when I found out that I was pregnant it was really easy for some reason because I was so paranoid about something going wrong with the baby so that justified it, I could never quit before on my own though even though it was hurting my own body. I havent had one cigarette since then ( year and half) I know that if I did I probably would go back.

I don't but I see how hard it is to quit as I try to help DH kick the habit.

I was a social smoker and up through college, always lived with smokers. But I never really got addicted and after losing family members to cancer I decided it wasn't worth it. And DH HATES it!
