At first glance I thought it was a pic of that celebrity PR chic from NYC who backed her car into some bar out in the Hamptons a few years ago. What was her name?? She had a reality show on cable one season too.
Disclaimer - I could have totally botched up the details of the accident, but hopefully my explanation will help someone remember.
