What is the BEST DISH you have had in a restaurant??
If you go to Carmines in midtown or uptown Manhattan...you have to try their Chocolate Bread Pudding..it's to die for!!

Few things that come to mind:
Banana Bread pudding in Twojacks in New Orleans.
Raw oysters in Acme bar in New Orleans-THE BEST
Spicy Tuna roll in this little Japanise place by my offce
I know there is more...

I had an AMAZING shrimp dish at "Beds" in Miami. The shrimp literally melted in my mouth, it was to die for!!

crackling calamari salad at baang in woodbury
cava wine bar in new canaan - the BEST DISH I EVER ATE -Pappardelle with wide ribbons of pasta mixed with fire-roasted organic chicken, wild mushrooms, fresh herbs and a chicken broth reduction spiked with truffle oil.
many many notables but these 2 came to my mind first

Also, Hazelnut Souffle in our Pacific Princess Cruise

There is a place in Atlanta that had homemade walnut,goat cheese and granny smith apple ravioli in a light truffle sauce that was amazing.

Fresh homemade pasta with the lightest cream sauce at a small Italian resturant on the Upper East Side. I can not for the LIFE of me, remember the name of the place.
But that meal goes down as one of the best.

I visited some cuban restaurant in florida that had this AMAZING dish.
It was a skirt steak topped with shrimp and a thick garlic wine sauce. It was complimented with a black bean soup, white rice, tostones, and fried sweet plantains. It was so good, I ate the leftover the next morning for breakfast at 9am!

Chorizo and Figs from Barecelona (in Connecticut)
Paella (from Barcelona also)
Lobster Dragon Roll -From Ichiro (in CT too)
Lobster Roll with Spicy crab meat on top with tobigo
