I lost 100 lbs a few years ago but gained almost half of it back Chat Icon I need to get off my lazy hump and do something about it. I just have to stick to the program!!!!!



Wow that's awesome!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon I just got a little more inspiration to keep up with WW and not give up. I've lost 30lbs since the middle of January. I've been seriously slacking for the last 6-8 weeks, but I am back on the wagon now.

Great thread seeing what others eat gives me some ideas to change up my routine.

Breakfast: 2 scrambeled egg whites and small piece of tofu, 1 cup coffee

Lunch: broccoli and shrimp stir-fry

Snack: 2% pollyo string cheese

Dinner: broiled salmon w/ onions and tomatoes

i'll play too!
i only started last week - and have lost 3.5 pounds - so exciting

todays memu

breakfast
tea with splena and ff milk
one of those laughing cow baguettes and cheese spread (2 pts)

lunch
salad with red onions, grilled chicken and ff balsamic

dinner
weight watchers recipe turkey burgers in whole weight pita - lettuce and tomatoes -
1/2 cup roasted veggies (pottaoes, red peepers, onions)
green beans..


snack 0 ireally want a www chocolate mouse bar (1pt) but a afraid i have too may points already.. im not really good at counting those yet!

whole grain enlish muffin with one half fat free cottage cheese and the other half natural peanut butter

Snack
Fat free Greek Yogurt with Bananas, Blue berrries, and almonds

Lunch
Salad with Grilled Chicken

Snack
Greek Yogurt with Blueberrries and almonds

Dinner
Grilled Chicken
Grilled Potatoe with Cottage Cheese

Dessert
Yogurt bar

lunch: went out to celebrate our closing Chat Icon so I was bad Chat Icon
lil bit of calamari, 1/2 of chicken marsala and tiramisu for dessert.

Congrats to all of you!!! These menus sound delish! I think I need to eat more protein as well. I have gained about 6 pounds since my wedding and really haven't exercised all that much.

menu for 7/13
breakfast:

3/4 cup Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds
1/2 cup skim milk

Lunch:
Light whole wheat bread with 2 oz. of turkey breast, mustard and lettuce
1 small plum

Snack:
small bag of Baked Lays sour cream & onion (3 pts)

Snack:
1 med. banana

Dinner:
I think we're going to Johnny Rockets. I looked up their menu and will get the Boca Burger... if I have enough will power. I am dying for a real hamburger!

wow I'm so amazed at how healthy your girls eat!! okay, i'm going to step it up a notch and try to eat better....

P.S. are you girls interested in weigh-ins on mondays?

Breakfast
1/2 cup Grap nuts trail mix cereal

2 cups watermelon

Lunch
Bean and cheese burrito
1 ear of corn - ok I can't get enough, they're only 1 point!!!
1 serving fat free/sugar free chocolate pudding

Snack
100 calorie snack pack - cheez its!

Dinner
Going out with DH...wish me luck...this is when I tend to mess up! I'm gong to try and do something like a side salad and some sort of lean meat....

Excercise:
Already went jogging!! First time in a couple of months, did about 25 minutes! Chat Icon

4 oz grilled chicken
Lettuce
1 tsp ranch dressing

Dinner:
Just like Azad, going out to dinner with DH tonight - UGH. I hope I can manage to stay on track!!

Snack:
100 calorie Soy crisps

I'd certainly be down for that Monday morning weigh-in!

Hello!!! Happy Monday!!! I'm a late starter today, I'm almost embarressed to post this because I don't think I'm eating enough today. Anyway:

Mon 7/17

Breakfast
4 egg whites
1 cup coffee +skim milk and splenda

Late Morning
1 cup watermelon

Lunch
Slim Fast shake +protein

Dinner
1 Chicken Breast
1 cup brown rice
Maybe a salad if I am up to it

Excercise
Took a break from work and went to the gym!!
20 minutes on the treadmill
20 minutes on the elliptical
100 crunches (assisted)
Weight training (legs)

Im just going to post this for wk cause this is a new diet Im on. Each day can vary between different fruit or whether I eat a bar or yogurt.

Breakfast:
Protein shake

In between: 12oz coffee w/French Vanilla creamer

Morning Snack
3 eggwhites w/spinach

Lunch: Luna bar w/fruit-usually a banana or orange.

Mid day snack-(which technically is my lunch):
3 oz of grilled chicken w/broccolli-topping:homemade salsa

Dinner: 3oz grilled chicken salad

Dessert: Protein Shake
