what did ya'll do to celebrate your 25th bday!?

Just curious what everyone did for their 25th bday? vacations?...party...quiet dinner... just curious if 25 is a big deal or not

25th was just another bday for me (but it was soooo long ago, who remembers? )

30th b'day was a much bigger deal

At 35 I really barely remember 25. the only way I know I was 25 is well, I made it to 35

I'll be 25 next month. I have no idea if hubby and my family are planning something.

25....I went to the Copa w/ hubby & friends. Partied till 5:00 in the morn....had a BLAST!!!!!!!!!!

I had a pretty big gathering at a bar the Saturday before, not so much b/c I was 25, b/c at that time my group of friends did big things for birthdays.

Unfortunately , DH's uncle died that day ( while I wa s in NJ, at my cousin's confirmation, without DH) so, he couldn't go ( and I found out when I got there, which prety much killed the mood) & then that Monday which was my actual we had taken off to go to the zoo & bowling, but we went to DH's s uncles memorial service & then spent the day with his family untill he had to go to school.

I had a huge party.
At the time I was living with one of my best friends and we have the same bday so we had a party where we had the upstairs of a bar (bliss on upper east) and we had drink special ($25 all you can drink for 3 hours per person) and like 75 people came. It was so much fun!

That was the worst and best day for me!

It was in 2002 and I was forced to quit my job because I had a horrible boss. I cried more than I ever cried in my life that day!

Then when I left work, DH suprised me with tickets to see Dave Chappelle live that night, a new wallet, a DVD, and a palm pilot!

I think my Mother had a few of my friends over for cake.. Nothing big!!!!

I was just starting law school and it was a very difficult week for me. I think my parents took me out to celibrate.

went to a club with about 9 of my closest friends (at the time) and had a BLAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually have a party every year. I can't remember 25 as compared to 26, 27, etc... We probably had a party at a club or lounge or someplace in the city (like i do every year).

25 was my worst birthday b/c I was in the middle of studying for the bar. I think I went out to dinner with DH and a couple of us went to the movies. Very uneventful.

Nothing. It was too close to the wedding. Even worse, I graduated from Graduate school 1 week before the wedding, so there was NO celebration because it would have been "tacky" to celebrate something else for me 1 week before my wedding.

25 was no big deal for me, my 21 and 30th were but not 25. It was 10 yrs ago so my memory is eh on what exactly I did but most likely just went out to dinner and my parents ALWAYS have a cake for me.

Im throwing my DH his 30th this July- cant wait!!!!

I wish I were 25 again!! I think 25 is a big deal life certainly changes and times go by very fast. I had a party at my apartment.
