Re: A new update thread

Im 11 DPO today, Heres My Chart...looks good, but I know that doesnt mean all that much. Af due on Tuesday the 11th. Will go for a beta on the 12th if no AF. No signs right now of ANYTHING....Although I never got any dry up of CM. Ever since O date has been excessive actually, and may ask for a culture if not PG to make sure theres no infection. Its unusual for there to be so much for so long.

Will do Fremara next cycle if not PG.

Re: A new update thread

That does look good Donna!

I'm on CD 6, waiting for TBAF to finally go away.

2nd day of my 3rd round of Clomid.

The symptoms I usually have on the Clomid seem lessened this month...I don't know why.

It's our anniversary on the 30th and a BFP would be a really nice present!!

Oh, and I also added Red Raspberry and Alfalfa to my pre-natal vitamin and DH started taking a male fertility blend.

Re: A new update thread

I'm on CD5 although still trying to figure out why AF only really lasted a day. I have a Dr.'s appt tomorrow so hopefully I'll find out more.

I will not be taking any drugs this cycle because I'm in the process of switching RE's and didn't want to start another cycle with who I'm going to now. Bought V8 & baby carrots today and will be looking for the other supplements Redstar recommends this week.

Re: A new update thread

I'm on 9dpo after my first round with clomid and an IUI. I don't chart so I can't share that. Nothing much going on except some pinchy like cramping and I get a headache and slight sore throat every single day. That might be a side effect of taking Estogen, which they have me on to thicken my lining.

I went for Progesterone blood test on Friday and those levels are fine which could indicate pregnancy or my period coming. Hopefully these are all signs!

Good luck and lots of baby dust!

I'm on day 72 or 73 of my cycle... how ridiculous is that? I have an appointment with an RE on Thursday. DH has the day off so he is coming with me. He's been really good about everything. I already prepped him saying he'll probably have to give a sample.

I am on day 36 of my cycle...Chat Icon Here we go again.

I am 26 days past when I think I ovulated and have tested a bunch of times and every time, BFN!

I go to my RE on Tuesday. Not sure what for. I am thinking she will have some bloodwork done and see if there are any changes since starting the Metformin. I wonder if she will mention starting clomid. She says she wants me to wait to see if the Met makes me ovulate on my own first. So we shall see.

I'm waiting for AF. She is now 9 days late, but she is showing signs of arriving soon. I need to have day 3 bloods and sono done to make sure the estrogen producing cyst I had last month has dissolved. Then I'll start BCP in preparation for IVF.

Sharon, I hope AF shows up and you can start soon!

As for me, nothing much going on. Waiting for AF to show so I can start checking for ovulation to book my co culture biopsy.

Re: A new update thread

Baby Dust to Everyone!!

Just got in from my appt with North Shore and I am starting round 4 of IUI/Clomid this month. I asked the doc about femera and he said he has not seen much success with it so he opted for the clomid this last time. My dose is down to 100mg since I had flashing eyesight after the 4th day of the 150mg Anyway, I'm starting a little later in my cycle than usual so hopefully it will work and give me some nice big follies:)

Also made an appt with LI IVF today so if this round doesn't work we'll be moving on to IVF there or at NYU.

Re: A new update thread

He hasn't seen much success with femara, because it's 'newer' and not as many statistics. It's a very effective med. You have to make sure you agree with the protocolsof a fertility clinic. Each clinic has their set protocols, doesn't mean they meet the individual' needs. Just to let you know, I had no side effects with the highest dose of femara.

Re: A new update thread

I'm currently in the 2WW after month 2 of having clear tubes ... still hoping for a natural blessing, but am VERY excited about adopting a baby from Korea. I filled out my application and will be mailing it tomorrow. So, I'm hoping for a natural baby and an adopted baby -- the best of both worlds! Chat Icon

Re: A new update thread

I know Michelle, you are probably right. I should have been more insistent with him prescribing it instead of the clomid. Ugghhh...this is getting so frustrating.
