I need a pair of good flip flops..
I want to get a good pair this year...not a $10 pair from Payless...any recommendations?
I saw Tevas last night in Sports Authority for $22...I know Tevas are a good brand but they looked flimsy...I want my flip flops to last !!

What is purpose of them?
Just to wear with jeans, capris,etc?
I have Juicy flip flops, they are very comfy, and my other favorites are Old Nacy but not the 2.50 ones...I got these last yr on sale (under $10) and I cant let them go.
ETA: I 2nd the Reef's too and Rainbow's also another good brand. Pacific Sunwear and surfshops will carry those.

I know Reef is a pretty good brand, but I also think that flip flops are generally flimsy, no matter how goo the brand . . . .

I have a pair of Skechers. They are black with white flowers on the terry cloth strap. They are SO comfy. They have almost a smushy quality to them.

i LOVE my old navy flip flops. i bought 3 black pairs a 2 brown pairs 3 years ago and they are still in great shape. i have the wedge ones and they are really comfortable.

I LOVE havanias flip flops! they are rubber not foam or hard soled and they are VERY comfy.
I also LOVE Sanuk flippies.

thank you! you guys gave me some good ideas...
in the meantime I just ordered these for the spring / summer 
they are the "slim fit"...the older version ones always seem too clunky on my feet!

They have a small selection of Reef's at Lord & Taylor now. I also like Sketcher's for leisure shoes or summer slides.

I second the Old Navy ones. Mine were about $6 or $7 and they are SO comfortable. I'm wearing them right now!
I also bought a pair at Target for a few dollars that I wore on my honeymoon and they were sooooo soft.

I have a pair of Tevas that I have had for several years - they are great quality, have a slight arch support and are pretty sturdy.

I have several different pairs from JCrew, flat ones and ones with a slight wedge, and they are the most confortable ones I've ever worn. Well worth it.
