I no longer really post or come on, but I just wanted to update for those who truly care and who have so selflessly prayed and worried about my DH, it's the least I could do (this post is from September of 06 and a lot has changed since then). It's been a long road, but things are finally getting back to "normal", or as normal as they'll be since this experience changed us forever.
It's been a little over a month since my husband's last chemo and almost 2 weeks since his full body PET scan. We're one of the lucky ones; thank God all came back normal & clean. My husband is in full remission. We knew that his was a "high cure rate" cancer going into this, but we still feel extremely lucky.
We have to wait 5 years until he's considered "cured", but we'll take a cancer that has that milestone...we know many are not that fortunate. We're beyond happy & thankful!! Thank God!! 
Thank you everyone who genuinely cared for your support and prayers, it meant so very much to us.
I will continue praying for my husband's health and for Deb, Jen's DH (Rob), Hollie's DH (John) and all those affected by cancer and illness. May God bless all those in need!
I am so glad to hear that the treatments were affective.......

Thank you for the update - I've been thinking of you and your DH. This is wonderful news. I'm so glad that your DH is in remission and I will continue to pray that he stays cancer free.
