WOW! gorgeous! I would have done the same thing- in fact I did it with my grandma's ring and wore it to my wedding.
I don't understand the drama- even if the situation was that a parent had passed on and left you a ring, what is the big deal???People are wacky!

An old friend did that as well. Her mom passed her e-ring on to her since they were divorced, and she had it made into a beautiful pendant.
I think it came out awesome.

It's beautiful. I have gone back and forth with this too, only I inherited my mom's e-ring. I wear her band, but I have my own e-ring and not sure yet what I will do with the other. Yours came out lovely
