I love the book case thing- where you get a book shelf & then everyone brings their favorite baby books.

Some ideas -

Instead of a card, have people bring a book with a personalized message in it. One of my showers had this, and it was adorable.

Clothes line - if you don't know what you are having, you can just ask people to bring onsies.

Prediction Cards - when they think you are going to have the baby, baby gender (if you don't know), weight, height.

For a favor, my friend also did the personalize m&ms - they were adorable!
