I passed out at the train station
I got up up to go into work. Wasnt feeling good at all. Very dizzy and nausous. I was standing at the Carle Place train Station waiting for the train, and I passed out. I "woke" up to people trying to get me up. I cried and called my mom and went home. I know why I passed out. My fault for not taking care of myself lately.
Anyway now Im at the library doing research for work so I wont be that behind tomorrow bc my laptop crapped out on me again.
Bad, bad day.

Yikes! I hope that you are okay. Did you check to see for scrapes and bruises?
This happened to me last weekend but I knew it was happening and tried to fight it...very scary.
Drink lots of fluids and eat.
