When do you take down your XMas tree?
I'm thinking about taking it down tomorrow. But, it looks so pretty

I usually take it down Jan. 2, but this year, we did the day after Christmas. It was dead, so we had no choice.

Usually not until after the 7th -- after the 3 Kings day... forgot what it's called right now but it starts with an E. That's our tradition. But this year I'll probably take it down tomorrow.
ETA: Looked it up (I'm such a bad Catholic nowadays!!!) it's called the Epiphany.

Our sanit department will only take trees on Jan 4 or Jan 11. My b'day is the tenth and I won't want to be dealing with a tree then so it will come down in time to go on the 4th.

After Jan. 6, the Epiphany. After all, it's still the Twelve Days of Christmas (Dec. 25 through Jan. 6).

My parents always waited for Epiphany but DH begs me to keep it up til his birthday on Jan 10 because he parents always did. The tree will come down the weekend following his b-day.
