wish me luck and pray really hard for Dh and I
we are tomorrow going to go to the bank and get pre approved for a house! I am soo scared and dont know what to expect meaning if we will be approved or not. what do i need to bring with me tomorow thank you?

Thank you all! I am soo excited i hope we get approved and they give a good price that we can buy a house with i would love to buy a house for 345,000 if we can something reasonable.

Good Luck! Are you getting approved or Pre-approved?
Usually you get pre-approved 1st. They will tell you your price range and where you may be able to find a house in your range.
They are going to most likely ask your salaries and calculate it based on that. I dont know what else they look at.
I wish I wouldve seen this post earlier. My brother and fsil were preapproved last weekend. I dont know what info and stuff they had to bring.

Have you posted on the Home Board? They may be able to help you too!

Can you call and do the preapproval over the phone? That's what we did for preapproval. It was only once we committed to our company that we went to sign forms. Keep in mind they will preapprove you for more than you can likely comfortably afford!
