i got a perfume gift set from a doctor at my hospital.....i put it on ebay.....the bid is already up to $33.00

my brother meant well, but he bought me a 100.00 GC for a paprika facial. I am allergic to a ton of different things and spend a pretty penny on Proactiv every few months. I think I would enjoy it, but I am so scared it will irritate my skin. I think I am going to call them and see if I can exchange it for a different service and not tell.
I have very very sensitive skin and I got my first facial last month. My face was very red and irritated but it did go away the next day. But honestly I didn't see any difference in my skin so to me it's not worth the $$$. I'd rather get a massage.

You have NO idea. It sparkles and shimmers like NO OTHER thing on this PLANET.
I would e-bay it, but I mean ....OMG...I cant even....THANKFULLY the gift was given to me by my aunt and the person wasnt there because when I opened it I said.....W T F is this? I didnt even know what it was ( temporiarily blinded I guess)

My two least favorite gifts are a set of mini precious moments ornaments (doesnt match my tree theme) and a miniature shoe. Im not one for chachkas, and it has no tags on it, so its probably going in the garbage.

I decided to check the brand
Its Bisou Bisou and apparently they are at JC Pennys and run from $40-$50.....so my butt is heading to JC Pennys this weekend!
Although somehow....I have this funny feeling it might have been a clearance item

a purse from my MIL....I feel bad....cause usually she does pick out nice ones! But to make up for it, she did get me a REALLY soft & fuzzy robe that I LOVE!!

I got a very colorful scarf, hat, and glove set from DH's aunt and uncle. Dh's mom told her to get me a cream colored set to go with my new light blue coat. The one she got me is beige with every color in the rainbow! Luckily, she included a gift receipt. I'm going to exchange it at Macy's.

We are not done exchanging with DH's family. We'll see his parents on Thursday.
My least favorite was a Vera Bradley bag from my best friend (this is unusual of her). Sorry ladies, no offense, but they always looked like old lady pocketbooks to me. It'll get e-bayed.
My favorite was a personalized plate (also from best friend) that has Rudolf and his girlfriend on it and says "Our First Christmas, David and Theresa". It's really cute.

Almost everything was beautiful except the amber jewelry MIL gave me. To her credit, she gave me really nice perfume (DKNY Cashmere Mist) and a stress relief spa pillow.
The pendant is nice. The earrings are big and gaudy and the RING!! The ring is such a huge piece of amber that it extends to almost past my knuckle. It is Polish amber and I am know it means a lot because it is from DH's home city, but this ring looks like something a little girl would play dress up with

I didn't really get anythign awful this year, I think that is because I stopped exchangign with a lot of people.
I guess my least favrote is Victoria secret soap & lotion in a giant pink plastic ornament.
It was from a male co-workers, so the thoguth was veyr nice, I don't expect him to know what to get me & our boss.
I put the ornamnet on the tree this, year, but I will throw it out when we take the tree down.
The soap & lotion I put in my travel bag.
