PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pray for Us....got bad news tonight
some of you may know that DH went back to the company he left in NY when we moved....he was a MGR and they only had room for him as a MGR in training here....that was last October. He was promised a store VERY quickly under the OLD DM (district mgr) who has since left.
Well....he's been passed over 3 times and finally tonight he gets slammed with a demotion. Apparently the 2 STUPID write ups he has warrant such a demoiton (one was a late opening because the MGr changed his schedule AND then told SOMEONE ELSE to notify him of the change!!!). The paycut is tremendous and the DM that demoted him said she has friends in other companies where he could go to make more $$ (but we also need benefits which we have already).
DH will be taking the Police Academy test on Tuesday and we have always been firm believers of Everything Happens For a Reason, etc.
If you could PLEASE pray that we are led down the right path and that the Academy thing works out for him, and quickly, we would greatly appreciate it!
