I think its probably someone older- like Gwen Stefani (if she wasn't pregnant- I would totally guess her)... how scandalous can it be if a 23 year old like Brittany or Christina is kissing a younger man. How young can he be? 12?

sorry- with blind items you never get an answer. If they could publish the name= they would. But these are unsubstantiated or from an unreliable source, so they leave them blind.
