Breathe sweetie. it's so important, especially since you have a little peanut inside you. Try to calm down and focus on your breathing. Then splash some water on your face.

I feel better. I had a drink of water, splashed water on my face and went to lie down. In the past, I would just pop a valium, but now I can't.

I got lots of hubbie huggies too.

really try not to think about it- I wouldnt even post about it only because I get them all the time and even the slightest thought about the actual panic attack makes it worse, I usually clean when I get them it keeps me moving to the point of not thinking of it as much ( althogh its nice having support- I agree with that.)

Michele, I am just seeing this now. I suffer from the same thing, if you ever need it just FM, would be more than willing to help calm you down, if possible.
Panic attacks are such a scary thing, I know this well first hand. Always know that it will pass and you will be okay!!!!
