He's still in ICU, his oxygen level just won't come up. His heart and lungs are very badly damaged from the oxygen deprivation caused by the pressure from the fluid around his organs.
He's delusional and saying weird weird things....like yesterday he started grabbing at his head, asking where his hat went. His brain isn't getting enough oxygen to funtion properly.
My Grandpa is a FUNNY FUNNY MAN.  He spends most of the day teasing the young nurses.  They've gotten to the point where they just tease him right back now. Its really cute.
AND we stopped at a little pub place to eat on the way home from the hospital and ran into the CUTEST PREGGO EVER - AndreaLMT and her hubby. C'mon Andrea, where the heck is that baby?!?!

its not uncommon for elderly people to get delirius with medical illness, that should go away when he is medically better.
