Do you eat fruit or veggies every day?

I really try...but it often goes bad before I want to eat it

Yes- I've learned that I have to shop for it 2-3 times a week and buy smaller quantities. Or I buy some things canned, like pineapple. It still tastes really good, and if it's canned in its own juice (which I drain out anyway) instead of syrup it's still low-fat. Some things, like apples, keep longer.

nope. on average, i probably have fruits and/or veggies about once a week.

i lovvvve veggies, but DH does all the cooking, and doesnt really like them, so i hardly have them

Yes, salad every day. I'm not really a sandwhich person so I'll have leftovers for lunch. Always a vegatable with dinner.

we grew alot of our own and have bushels and bushels of tomatoes - anything that we wont eat right away makes sauce that i freeze or gets dehydrated for use later - most stuff doesnt go bad around here

I eat baby spinach as a salad almost daily

Fruit is hard for me

If nothing else, I always try and have either salad or cooked veggies with dinner.

We eat veggies all the time (we're vegetarian) but I don't eat much fruit. When it's cold it hurts my teeth and as I've gotten older I've developed a big allergy to raw apples, which were my favorite!

i probably eat more veggies than most people
I cook dinner a lot and make sure I cook at least a square meal (if not a salad, then salad AND veggies on top of a grain and a protein)- I'm anal that way.

We eat at least one veggie with dinner, usually two. Sometimes I eat fruit during the day, but not enough.

Not too much fruit, but more veggies. Fruit has fewer options for me. But veggies can be soup, stir fry, salads, etc. There seems to be more to do with veggies. I may not eat a veggie 5 times a day, but I'll eat or make something with a ton of veggies and have that once a day. Like soup.

Yes, I make veggies for dinner every night. Fruit I usually eat in the summer.

I eat 1 apple everyday and usually stir fried or steamed vegetables with dinner

I love my veggies and fruit. Sometimes I find it easier to cut it and store it in tupperwear, so it's ready to go when I want it.

Yes, with the diet I'm on I have to have 3 servings of each (fruit and vegetables). It's not so bad... it kind of keeps you regular

Yes! I love fruit so I usually have some for or with lunch and always at least one veggie or a salad with dinner. When I was PG I ate fruit constantly - I was in love with it.

Yep! I eat at least one apple a day and a Dole fruit cup and then usualy some sort of veggie with dinner.
