I play catch up on the weekends when I could (I know there is no such thing as catch up when it comes to sleep)
but I have been doing it soooo long I am adjusted..
you have to mean 2 AM-6 AM. Or do you mean catch up on more sleep?

i am like clockwork- as tired as i am i do not go to be until 11:30 during the weekdays, after Sex in the City on Channel 11. i wake up at 7am...

I go to bed b/w 10 -11pm and get up around 6:30 - 7, unless Alex decides we can sleep later

I usually go to bed between 11PM and midnight and I wake up whenever Christopher wakes me up (Usually between 6:30 and 8:00)

usually in bed between 930 and 1030 (We got home late tonight).
Get out of bed by 6:00... but i'm usually awake long before that.

I get to bed no earlier then 11:30 & I wake up when one of my 3 darlings tell me to. (usually between 7 & 8:15am)
I keep talking about how tired I am & my sweet husband said "Tracy, you're not young anymore you should be in bed by 10pm!" If that ain't sweet talk!

Usually go to bed between 12-1am and wake up around 8 - 8:20. I'm in a really awful cycle right now, and I know I should be getting to bed earlier and getting up earlier, but I don't have to be at work until 10, so......

I go to bed usually around 10. Dh's alarm goes off at 6:10 so I'm usually awake then but don't actually get up until closer to 7:00.
