Rarely. DH is an air traffic controller and doesn't have a chance to make to many personal calls. He'll only call me if it's important. Even if he did have the time though he probably wouldn't call that often unless it was an emergency because he isn't really a "phone person."

we don't call to say hi- and I am learned not to- b/c if he is busy- he is not going to be that nice

when he's at work, usually once or twice..depending on how busy he is.
when i'm at work and he's home, it can vary...
sometimes he'll call me just to ask
him: "do you know where ________ is?"
me: "um - i'm at work - can't exactly LOOK for it, now can i???"

Same here...and I could try and say it's because of the baby...but we did this before we were married...
we were tiffing last night so we only talked briefly when I left the baby with my MIL this morning, I think I am having a withdrawal...

It depends if he is busy at work or not.
We usually talk about anything because we actually have a chance to talk without the kids interrupting us-lol!

Almost never, unless there is something that needs imediate attention.
Sometimes I call on my home, especially if I am late, so he can start dinner.

You mean Donna you don't talk to him on your cell?????
I call DH every day (work from home, lonely, bored - ge tthe picture?) but he usually does not have time for these shennanigans.
He always calls to tell me what train he is on tho.

ONce, if that. He works in a really high stress, high pace environment and sometimes will work 12 hours without a break, so he can't always call me. But the days he's off, which can be up to 5 days a week, we talk once during the day. A lot of times he'll text mssg. me instead if things are hectic.
