He was concerned that if I did, I could go into premature labor and he doesn't want that. So much for going full term...he told me he'd be surprised if I made it to 36 weeks! That was a real shocker!!! Now I really have to get my **** together!!!
I am soo shocked it took him this long to tellyou this. When my SIL was preggo with twins she was told this the day they found out.

Stacey - I am glad that read that your doctor took out of work. Being on your feet all day and carrying twins at 32 wks, its just too much.
Taking care of those little ones and yourself too is most important now

I was off all summer, so working never came up. I just assumed I'd make it until the end of Sept. He had no idea I went back.

Sounds like you are joining me on bedrest (well somewhat for you). What did he sound concerned - were you showing any signs you'd go into preterm labor...just curious. Hope you're feeling well - keep those little ones growing!

You have to do what you have to do to keep the little ones in there as long as possible! Doctor's orders! Take it easy and utilize any help that's offered to get everything ready. You'll be fine!

Thanks for love ladies...I don't know what my doctor will say. I have one who poo poos everything and says, it's normal and the other who is more of an alarmist. I just feel guilty leaving work this early in the year knowing I have until Nov. 7th -- doc says he thinks I will go full term. That was a month ago...I wonder if things change today.
My doctor was the same way, he swore I'd go full term. I had them at 36 weeks.
