Nope, I don't think he did it. I think he has been obsessed with the case and wanted the spotlight. He is a sicko regardless, but I still think the killer hasn't been caught yet (although I still think it is the mom and she recently passed away).

Besides his 15 minutes I think he wants to do his time in an American jail, not one in Thailand.
I think that's his real motive. I mean really, I'm sure prison here is a picnic compared to Thailand!

I question him. Something about him just irks me. This whole arrest almost seems fake. I am definitely interested in seeing how this plays out.

I don't believe it for one second. Just his body language alone tells me he's faking the whole thing. In 80% of these kind of cases it turns out to be a family member, and I'm convinced that's what happened here...

ok maybe it's just me, but help me understand why ANYONE would confess to such a heinous crime if they didn't do it?
seriously... notoriety is not a good thing. his life would be over. he would never work again.

Nope, you're not alone. I'm not convinced he did it either.
And the fact that he's from GA and supposedly commited a crime in CO is really questionable. Especially since whoever did it knew the house and didn't break anything.
AND the person he "confessed" to has a book coming out claiming JB's parents innocence...how convenient!

Some are saying that what he was facing in a tiny Thai jail for sex crimes was not pretty...and he's coming back to the US now alive, isn't he?

I just read the story on CNN and they talk about his obsession with JonBennet & Polly Klass. His ex-wife says they were together the whole time during that X-Mass season. He is a sick & twisted man.
