Re: Anyone NOT taking lamaze or classes?
I thought lamaze would definitely be a waste of time - but im so glad i took it. It was only for half day ( i refused to go in for more than that ) but so glad i did it. The breathing techniques really helped me through the contractions and the class told me what to expect during delivery before and after..... I would really recommend taking the class - just for a day at least.

Re: Anyone NOT taking lamaze or classes?
If I didn't have natural childbirth and knew I would be getting and epi I would not have spent money on a birthing class. For me the class wasn't so much about learning about birth (I read up a lot on that on my own) for me it was for technique to get through without using medication.
