I don't scream at the computer screen when I'm angry either.... I asked him if he could limit his play time to at least once a week. He "promised", but lately his promises mean nothing.
SOunds like the convo. I had w/ dh this week!!!! He was cursing & yelling last night at some new Boxing game he got. He finally turned it off cause he was losing!!  LOSER!!! He got mad at me cause I said he was a loser.

I do know how you feel - my competition is a computer & a guitar. He practices 2-3 hours every night after the kids are in bed. I told him I thought he was a really good roommate.

He said you aren't working???? When my girlfriend's DH pulled this crap, she told him that she has a bunch of errands to run on his day off, could he hang with their son for a while so it wouldn't take her so long. She made sure to be gone most of the day and when she got back he was falling all over himself telling her how hard it is and how sorry he was. He could barely manage to feed and entertain their son, the house looked like a bomb went off. Now he tells her that he has no idea how she does it and keeps the house neat, and that going to work is easier.

Oh yes, I've told him off many a times about me and my "working" status. He knows now that taking care of a baby is no easy task.

I'm sorry Stef I have no advice because I deal with the same thing every weekend except it's online computer games.
But I can totally empathize with your frustration!
