Me and my little sister pretended we were Nellie and Laura. We played in the backyard and acted out the episodes. 
No way... Me and one of my cousins did that too. We would take turns pretending to be Mary, Laura, and Nellie

yesterdays was very touching when the blind school burned down because albert and the other boy were smoking a pipe and they heard hester sue and they put it on the cloths and than the fire started and mary's baby died and so did mrs. garvey and albert ran away and than charles and mr. garvey found him.
I also like the one when laura went up to the mountain too because when her little baby brother died she felt like it was her fault and charles found her up there.
i also like the one about the fake gold they find in the water.

I adored Mr. Edwards...
Does anyone remember the episode when him and his son go hunting but his son isnt that type and is more of a "writer, poet, etc"...they come across a bear and the bear attacks Mr. Edwards and hes begging his son to shoot the bear and he cant shoot the animal and it almost mauls Mr. Edwards to death?!?! I remember hysterical crying screaming at the tv screen, Shoot it shoot it!
How heartbreaking!

You are right...don't know if it's spelled right but I know who you mean.
There was an episode where his parents came to visit because nellie was due to give birth to twins and percivil revealed his real name to nellie. It was Isaac (god I hope I am right... )
