7 or 8, on the weekdays. i get the occaisional sleepless night, where i fall asleep about 2 or 3, and i have to wake up at 5:45.
on the weekends, 8-10.

I'm getting about 6 - 7 hrs now.  While working, I need at least 7.

9 to 9 1/2 hours go to bed around 9:00 wake up at 6:30.. if I don't get 9 hours it is over for me the next day.

On the weekends when I don't have to wake up... I can sleep like a log and easily get 12 hours.  Get to bed at 4am... wake up at 4pm.
Thats what I call playing "catchup".
