If it makes you that uncomfortable I would definately report him. Guys like that have a pattern. Chances are you're not the first one he's done this to.

I had this happen to me.A guy at work took my pic at a Company Christmas party and everyone kept telling me he had it taped inside the lid of his toolbox. I let him know in front of EVERYONE that was NOT Acceptable and he's still frightened of me to this day
Don't let the creep get away with this!
