adding in your signing date and start date, the policy would read like this:
* Students wishing to cancel the enrollment agreement after APRIL 27TH (after 5 business days of signing) but at least 91 days prior to May 11th (the original start date) will receive a full refund of the $100 enrollment fee.
you ARE supposed to get your $$$ back.
the 5th business day after signing would be April 27th.

they way I read it, you will not get a refund because you are within the 90 days.

DUH!!!! as many times as i read and re-read - that part didn't click!!!!  that's what i get for trying to do too many things at once!!!
