I just purchased mine the other day from Target... I didn't get the Jiggle Free Abs dvd with it, but it came with the others, can't wait to start it.. I really need something going on right now... I'm glad to see this thread and will keep you guys posted on my progress...

I hear Target has them. If you order online I recommend QVC or Collage Video.com. Collage Video has the deluxe set, which includes ALL Jiggle Free series DVDs.
I ordered from QVC - excellent customer service and bought the other two JF DVDs from deepdiscountdvd.com.

OMG- I made a mistake- I do not have to do Ultimate Calorie Blaster today. I have to do Aerobic Body Shaping. I am watching it right now and am a little nervous . . . some of the moves in the preview looked really hard! I can't even imagine how challenging UCB is!

Don't worry. It's a LOT easier to pick up then UCB. It's long though...54mins I believe. My HRM said I burned a LOT of calories! (I'm REALLY out of shape!)

I see on ABS they use the box on 14 inches alot. I am short (4'11") and have a really hard time climbing the 14 inches so many times . . . . should I do 14 until I feel like I can't anymore and then knock it down to 8 inches?

LOL! I did the same thing! 14 inches is HIGH! I actually have a mirror in my living room where I do it and saw myself doing it on the "tall box" I looked terrible! It is much easier w/ the 8, but still a challenge.

Also, make sure you're steping with your heel....

I just started with the firm.. did the sculpting DVD so far for 2 days.. and it is great.. I love it so far.. today is suppose to be my rest day, but I may need to do the next dvd today since I won't be in the house until late tomorrow.. so we'll see... I really like this system.. I think it's going to work for me.
