Fingers crossed for us please - UPDATED!!!
We found a co-op yesterday!!!  We're putting in a bid today, which I'm sure they'll counter-offer, which is fine. I'm just soooooooooooo nervous about this!! It's a 2BR corner unit in Little Neck, right by the train station and all the Northern Blvd restaurants and shops.
The woman who owns it now doesn't live there any longer but she must be some crazy person. There is crap EVERYWHERE. It's like the exact opposite of one of those "How to sell your house" shows  . Luckily we can look past that 
So please keep your fingers crossed for us

They accepted our first bid  
The coop dropped 20K last week so we finally decided to go see it. We then offered (today) $17K less than that price - and they accepted it!!!!! It's such a steal!!! I can't believe it!
