I actually started posting on LIW because I somehow came across the home board at the time we were looking to buy...
I was already married...
heard about LIF and thought it would be more 'appropriate' for me to be here! so, if there wasn't LIF, I wouldn't have continued over there.

This is me too!! And I don't even live on LI, never did. I found LIW through theknot...and I got hooked. Then I came here post wedding for fear of being a "loser" and posting on LIW!

OMG me too. When people ask me how I know about LI homes, "friend's" weddings, pregnancies, etc...I get so embarrased to have to say "I know her through this site I chat on"... I'm such a LOSER!

I tried to hold out because things in my life were just too crazy and busy! I didn't post for about 8 months after my wedding! My first post was to "home" and I just couldn't stay away --- so here I am!!!!!

No way.
I joined in 2000 but I didn't post much over there for wedding stuff.
And now, I don't know how but I already have more posts on LIF in just 15 months than I did on there in 4 1/2 years!

I didn't really start posting on LIW until after my wedding (strange huh?). But yeah I guess I figured I'd post on LIF til I had kids, then I'd have less time so maybe my posts would dwindle until I didn't have the time to post anymore. Who knows though.
