You didn't get the answers that you wanted to hear and that just sucks! However, there is still much ahead of you! Boston may have more definite answers and a plan of action!

Deb - I'm sorry you didn't get the resolution you needed. Being in limbo absolutely rots.
We are all hoping & praying for you. I know you're bummed about this but keep that hope alive for yourself.
I can't wait for that day when you're driving yourself over for a NY GTG.

I'm so sorry you didn't get the answers you were hoping, and that you're still in the most aggravating state of limbo - I really cannot imagine what kind of toll that takes on you every moment of the day. So happy though to know that it hasn't spread

Deb, I know you're frustrated but you're strong and you can do this! Look at Joey's face and gain the strength you need! It is fantastic news that the damn cancer that is left hasn't spread. Hold on to every last shred of good news that you get and let it help you through what you need to do. Maybe you're right, maybe you should go to Boston and talk to the other team of doctors. Are they usually more agreeable than these guys? It's like they're playing "Who's on first" with you. I would tend to lean toward the surgeon as well, definitely get the cancer out of there before any chance of it spreading.
If you go to Boston, we expect a layover in NY for a visit

I'm sorry you didn't get clear but answers. This is so frustrating. It's infuriating that these doctors can't agree. This has beena rough and long road but I think you will have success in the future. The fact that it didn't spread makes me think it's not active cancer cells. That's just my two cents. I am thinking optomistically for now because I'm feeling that way towards you and your situation.
I agree that you need to talk to your doctors in Boston and maybe even consider the surgery. Is it the same surgery you were talking about before or is there a less invasive way of getting it out?
Hang in there Deb, get to the bottom of it until you get the answers you need.
