I am sorry you are going through this. I would try to find another job asap. It would be great if the 4 of you could just say "BYE" and walk out. Leave her stranded. Shes an arse and I too would document everything.

Your boss is a lunatic. Is she the big boss? Because seriously that is one of the most insane things I have ever heard. It needs to be reported it's so insane.
It's like she is running naked around the office is how insane it is.

That sounds like something my boss would say. She is sooo unprofessional and out of line all the time. The bosses let her slide by because, basically, they are scared of her and what she would do (sue). They are letting her ride out her retirement (hopefully soon!) and making us go through hell for it!!
