I feel down lately too- my son was sick last week and now we both are and the weather- we havent been out of the house in a week and a half- Im in a definate funk.

Yes I have - most of my life! Sometimes there are reasons and sometimes there are not.
This weather and the time of year dont help. I HATE the end of summer/September and of course January is horrendous for me too.

It could be rainy day blues! I get like this sometimes, I tend to be moody mostly on bad weather days like this. Feel better!

yes but then i think of others that have real major problems and issues and then my attitude quickly changes. i don't like to dwell on things that are so minor and insignificant.
however, i think it is totally normal to feel unhappy and depressed for no valid reason though.

I know exactly how you feel because I feel exactly the same. Yes, there are things that have me "blue" but I'm also just feeling awful for no reason...and it stinks!
I just spoke to my mom and feel a little better. She pretty much summed it up for me...and she was right on one part (I still have an "empty" feeling that sucks).
Sometimes talking helps!

I have been down at times and not known the reason. It is tough but usually only lasts a while. You're not alone.

Everyone goes through slumps, its normal.

I get like this once a month right before AF comes to visit... cry for no reason, etc.
