Besides my wedding band, I also have 6 out of 8 earrings, a necklace and a bracelet. I change the necklace and bracelet periodically, but otherwise I don't take them off.

i have a 2-tone small diamondring on my right hand, and my watch.
i never wear earrings or necklaces anymore, except for special occasions.

My wedding ring, e-ring, a ring from greece, a watch & my diamond earrings.
I'm very boring. I have a lot of it but I don't change jewelry. I've had a friend told me that my earrings were too dressy for casual clothes, but they cheer me up. I bought them on my own.

my wedding ring.....at least Monday thru Friday I always have on my 'work ring'. I also have a pair of stud earrings in at all times and a necklace on at all times that has a few charms on it 1- #1 Wife, 2-a charm from my former fiance, 3 - I switch around all the other charms that DH has given me.
Everyday before I head out the door I also put on my watch, a claddagh braclet, a sapphire & diamond ring I got on my HM, a claddagh ring I got from former fiance, and a ring I got from my MIL when we returned from HM (a silver ring with the initials JZ - it was her ring & she said but they are now your initials - they also are my DH's)

I never took off the sapphire & diamond ring my Mom gave me the year my Dad died (1984), until I got PG and my fingers grew and grew.

I always wear my earrings. I take off my watch and rings when I am home - I always wear the rings when I am out.
