i heard your not supposed to in order to let everything 'breathe'.
same here! I would feel very uncomfortable wearing underwear to bed.

Bra- no
Undies - most of the time
Only time I don't wear them is when I wear flannel boxers to bed. They're very comfy and the hole in front isn't big so I'm not flashing anything. Then I let myself breathe a little and don't wear underwear under them!

ladies with a D cup and up how do you not? Im a DD and if I dont oh boy I cant get comfortable, I toss and turn all night.

I am a D - sleeping with a bra is uncomfortable to me! Doesnt the hook dig in your back?
I have never heard of this no underwear to breathe thing - I think I will try it!

Yes. I do wear underwear to bed. I don't think I would feel right NOT wearing it to bed.
ETA: I'm a DD now that I'm prego, D regularly, and I couldn't possible get comfy wearing a bra to bed!
