I had the purple and pink and navy blue and red .. one pair had beads which i use to move my head back & forth to make them click my 1ST grade teacher took them out of my hair.....

I used to wear them. I made my own in every color combination imaginable and coordinated them with my outfits. I even SOLD the ones I made at school! Gosh, I was a dork....

OMG I loved those!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had pink ones with my name spelled out with letter beads on them. Also a pair that matched my private school uniform colors.

My mother used to make them for me. Had a basket of them in every single color. And school pictures of me wearing them through my elementry years!
