Feeling blue..need a hug..

::SIGH::: I dont know why but I am feeling so sad... I have alot on my mind.. my bf is moving to NJ in one week and Im just kinda sad b/c that means we wont see each other as often as we do now... We have vowed to make it work cause its not like Nj is super far but I just fear things will change between us, the on top of that I am still sick, my glands r swollen....my throat is killing me, i cant stop sneezing and my body is aching--I dread work tomorrow b/c I just cant keep my eyes open I feel soo sleepy and sick.. and cause of being sick I havent gone to the gym in over 2 weeks and I already put on like 5 pounds in the last few months cause of my lack of motivation and being sick, I feel sooo fat and gross and my pants feel so tight that its making me even MORE depressed...I dont kno if this is just winter blues, or a phase that Im sick and totally just not my usual self.. but I have been sad all nite and just on the verge of tears yet I dont even have the strength to cry.. ::sigh:: just need a hug I guess, or a mental health day sorry for venting, but I feel like I have no one to talk too

aw Michi!! We all have days like that!! I'm on the verge of nuclear meltdown with this whole sleep deprivation thing goin' on!!

hang in there! Have a cup of tea, snuggle up, and RELAX. How about a nice warm bath??

I'm sure you and your BF will become even closer and stronger with the move....it leaves room for more sleepovers

Sorry you're feeling so blue. I feel the same way. I feel gross and unmotivated and as they say, sick and tired of being sick and tired!! I swear though, it is in the air, alot of people have been saying this lately and it was even on the news, something about today being the most depressing day of the year, very weird. Also, you and your friend will be fine, it'll just take some getting used to. Good luck, feel better!

AWW sweetie! Hang in there. I have been there many a day, and its gonna get better. Your so pretty and funny, you and your BF are not going to get further apart but closer and your gonna go back to the gym and lose 5 lbs in one week when your feeling better!

thanks girls, i really appreciate the sweet words, i truly do--cause some days i feel like thank god for the lif site or i dont kno who'd i talk to!!!! I kno ur all correct and this will def pass (hopefulyl) but sometimes its all just frustrating, and if i could just feel better maybe id have some strength and motivation to do something.

Once upon a time in my life, I moved to NJ and was worried also about my relationship with my then BF. I have to say it made our relationship very strong. We would have phone conversations for hours during the week and spent some wonderful times together on the weekends. In this case, absence made the heart grow fonder. I hope the same goes for you two!!!
