Patricks 1st Day of Kindergarten (photos)
He gave me a kiss & said see ya Mom!! I got all teary eyed & he could care less. He was so excited. All the other Moms went in with their kids & I felt horrible standing there. So, I went in & he came over to me with a what are you doing here? So I followed him to the class which he was already inside by the time I got there (I had to take the elevator with the buggy) The teacher sent him out I got one more kiss & off he went.

Such a big boy!!! And a handsome one, at that! I am glad it was a positive separation this morning - it would be SO much harder if he was sad! Good for Patrick ~ I'm glad he likes school and I hope this year is wonderful for him!

he's such a big boy!
I am so glad he likes school and that the separation was easy... I cannot imagine the mess *you* would be if he was upset.

Tracy - I'm right with you. . Today (day 2), he said "I think I'm going to be a little nervous on the bus."
eta. I can't believe how little he looks next to that school bus!
